New Staff Addition for 2016!

Join us as we welcome a new addition to the Hudson Shakespeare Company staff - Sarah Scheslinger, our new Fight Director and Choreographer!

Sarah Schlesinger - Fight Choreographer

Sarah is absolutely thrilled to work with the Hudson Shakespeare Company in their upcoming season! She took her first stage combat class at age 16 while performing at the New York Renaissance Faire, which incited her passion for theatrical violence. While attending SUNY Fredonia to study Theatre Arts she went on to create an independent Stage Combat minor, and graduated at age 21 with the ranking of an Advanced Actor Combatant with the Society of American Fight Directors. Previous fight choreography credits include The Madrigal Feaste, Arden of Faversham, and Two Gentlemen of Verona. She studied primarily with En Garde Entertainment, and Swordplay, and hopes to create compelling staged violence for many years to come.

Sarah worked with us last season on Arden of Faversham and Two Gentlemen of Verona. Here are a few shots of her work. .
